Our Background

We have (and still do) run small businesses, some well, others in our early years not so well. (We have never been bankrupt but have certainly had to work to pay off business debts and learned from the experience!. Now we work with that dynamic and motivating cross section of the community that are business drivers.

We help them fathom the tricky but rewarding existence of business owners and managers.

We are qualified in accounting and law but more importantly have spent the past 6 years working at the coalface of small to medium business in Australia.
We have worked with a huge variety of businesses: one-man operations to those with many staff over different locations, franchise businesses, service companies and manufacturing enterprises. They are all individually different and yet they all share some commonalities. They all try to achieve a lifestyle and financial outcome, using people and physical resources in a market.

We run a couple of successful small businesses and subscribe to some basic common sense dictums: Start with the end in mind, Systemise wherever you can, Create a saleable enterprise, Passive income is a desirable goal, and others....

We pride ourselves on clear and logical thinking and base our practise on our business experience
